These whistle sounds sound good. You can play them simultaneously.
How to Play Along
Send me a recording of yourself whistling the two notes that everybody else is whistling. Here are the notes:
No need to wait for a quiet moment. It sounds good to hear whatever is in the background in your life right now. Watching TV? Keep it on. On a busy street? No problem. Those are good sounds, too.
Use the sound-recording software of your choice. Quicktime Pro, Audacity, Garage Band, etc. Here's a very simple one that you can download for free: Audio Recorder
Save it in whatever format you like and email the file to me at theistplows@gmail.com.
The built in Voice Recorder application works well for this. Use it walking down the street, on a bus, at home. When you're through, email the file to me at theistplows@gmail.com
Other smart phones probably have similar features. Use'm if you got'm.
Call 646-502-4478 extension 64328 and leave a voicemail. Using a neat service called drop.io, I will receive an mp3 file of whatever you record.
If you want to, you can say your name or initials at the beginning and say where you are. I will edit that part out before posting it to the site. Try it somewhere noisy. Just hang up when you're done.
Include a couple of words about where you were or what you were doing when you were whistling (e.g., "at work" or "on the bus"). I'll post your whistling along with your initials and the description.
